Before the order is created and the Contract is concluded, the Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that they have been informed accurately and fully about all matters relating to the conclusion and performance of the Contract, including those set out below, through all the general and specific explanations on the relevant pages and sections of the Platform, the Contract, the Preliminary Information Form and otherwise, and that they have read and understood them.
1. Delivery Conditions
- Delivery of the Product/Service: The Product is delivered by the Shipping Company to the Buyer, or to a third party designated by the Buyer, at the delivery address the Buyer specified on the www.carewithki.com website, within the promised delivery time and in any case without exceeding the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. The delivery time may vary depending on the Buyer's address and the shipping company's service conditions.
- The Seller sends the Product to the Buyer through the Shipping Company and has it delivered. If the Shipping Company has no branch where the Buyer is located, the Buyer must collect the Product from another nearby branch of the Shipping Company notified by the Seller.
- If the Buyer does not accept delivery of the Product/Service for any reason, the Buyer will be deemed to have returned the Product/Service, and in this case all payments collected from the Buyer, including delivery costs if any, will be refunded to the Buyer within the legal period.
- If the Buyer or the third party designated by the Buyer is not at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller is not responsible for losses and costs arising from the Buyer receiving the Product/Service late and/or not receiving it at all.
- The Buyer will inspect the Product before accepting delivery and will not accept a Product/Service that is damaged, defective or incomplete, such as dented, broken or with torn packaging. A Product/Service that has been accepted will be deemed undamaged and intact. After delivery, the duty to take care of the Product lies with the Buyer. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the Product/Service must not be used and must be returned together with the Product/Service invoice and all other documents given to the Buyer at delivery (e.g. warranty certificate, user manual, etc.).
- Delivery Costs: Unless otherwise provided, the delivery costs of the Product/Service are borne by the Buyer. If the Seller has stated on the Platform that it will cover the delivery fee, the delivery costs will be borne by the Seller.
- Where performance of the Product/Service becomes impossible / in cases of force majeure, the Seller must notify the Buyer in writing or via a durable medium within 3 (three) days of learning of the situation, and must refund all payments collected, including delivery costs if any, within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date of notification. The Product/Service being out of stock is not considered to make performance of the Product/Service impossible.
- Impossibility of Delivery: If the Seller cannot make the delivery due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, it notifies the Buyer immediately, the order is cancelled and the price is refunded.
2. Return Conditions
- Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty.
- The withdrawal period begins, for a Service, on the day the Contract is concluded; for a Product, on the day the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the Product. However, the Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the Contract and the delivery of the Product.
- The Seller is responsible for refunding to the Buyer the Contract price it has collected and the delivery costs within 15 (fifteen) days: if the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal before the Product is delivered, from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches it; if the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal after the Product is delivered and the price has not been transferred to the Seller by the date the notice of withdrawal reaches it, from the date the Product subject to withdrawal is handed to the Shipping Company designated for returns or, if it is returned with a Shipping Company other than the one designated for returns, from the date it reaches the Seller; and if the Buyer exercises the right to terminate the Contract because their order could not be delivered within the legal period, from the date the notice of termination reaches it.
- The notice of withdrawal and other notices relating to the Contract must be made in accordance with the legislation and within the time limit through the Seller's contact channels specified on the Platform. The contact channels for the notice of withdrawal can be reached via the www.carewithki.com link.
- If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Buyer sends the Product back to the Seller with the Shipping Company within 14 (fourteen) days of exercising the right of withdrawal. The Product box, packaging, standard accessories if any, and any other Products given free with the Product that are to be returned under the right of withdrawal must also be returned complete and undamaged. The Buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur if they use the Product during the withdrawal period in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use.
- When the Product/Service is returned to the Seller, the Buyer must also return the original invoice presented to the Buyer at the time of delivery of the Product/Service.
- If the Buyer paid by bank or credit card and the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amounts under the Contract will be refunded to the Buyer by bank transfer, EFT or FAST to the bank account at the Bank specified by the Buyer. For the refund of the amounts under the Contract, the bank account at the Bank specified by the Buyer must be registered in the name of the person at the billing address or in the name of the user. The Buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that, if they paid by bank or credit card, the amounts under the Contract cannot be refunded in cash.
- As long as the Buyer sends the Product/Service to be returned to the Seller with the Shipping Company the Seller has an agreement with, the return shipping cost is borne by the Seller. If there is no branch of the Seller's Shipping Company where the Buyer is located, the Buyer may send the Product with any Shipping Company. In this case, the Seller is responsible for the return shipping cost and for any damage the Product suffers during shipping. The Buyer will exercise the right of withdrawal within the period and procedures set out in this article; otherwise, they will lose the right of withdrawal.
- If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the price is refunded within 14 days at the latest from the date the product reaches the Seller. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by bank processes

Accordingly, the Buyer cannot return food supplement products, organic pads and similar personal health products sold on the www.carewithki.com website if their packaging has been opened, if they have been used or if their hygiene conditions have been compromised. For products whose packaging has not been opened, that have not been used or whose hygiene conditions have not been compromised, the right of withdrawal applies.
