Daily, day and night pads

Flow isn't the same every day of your period: the first days are usually heavier and the last days lighter. A pad chosen to match your flow improves both comfort and protection. .ki pads come in three sizes, made for three different flow levels:

• Daily pad (155 mm, pack of 30): For light discharge and daily freshness; on days outside your period or on the lightest days of your cycle.
• Day pad (245 mm, pack of 12): For medium flow and daytime use.
• Night pad (335 mm, pack of 8): For heavy flow and night use. On heavy days, you can use it during the day too.

All three have a top layer of 95% cotton and 5% bamboo fibre where they touch the skin: cotton was chosen for a soft feel, bamboo for a light, breathable surface. The pads contain wormwood extract.

How often should you change it? Even if your flow is light, change your pad every few hours; moisture staying on the skin for a long time increases the risk of irritation and odour. On heavy days, the interval gets shorter.

Regular delivery: You can set your pads to arrive at your door every 2, 3, 4 or 6 months and get them with 15% off. For boxes with pads only, the shortest interval is 2 months.
