Frequently asked

What is regular delivery?: The .ki products you choose come to your door automatically at the interval you set (every month or every 2, 3, 4 or 6 months). For each delivery, only that delivery's amount is charged to your saved card.
How much is the discount?: On regular delivery, 15% off is applied to products. Shipping is free on deliveries of ₺500 or more.
How many packs come in one delivery?: As many as you put in your box; the delivery interval doesn't change the quantity. For example, if you choose 1 pack with delivery every 2 months, 1 pack arrives every 2 months and you only pay for that pack.
Can I take a break or cancel?: Yes, there's no commitment. You can pause your subscription whenever you like, skip a delivery, change the products or the delivery interval, or cancel. You update your card and delivery address in the same place: the My subscription page in your account, or the link sent to your email.
How does delivery work for a box with pads only?: Boxes with pads only are sent every 2 months at the earliest; each delivery brings the quantity you chose. Boxes that include a supplement or care product can also be sent monthly.
How do I start?: Choose your products and delivery interval on the Build Your Box page; once you save your card at the payment step, your first delivery is prepared.
